GDome XL Dual-Mode Rear Door: Solid or Flexible Back Cover Option

Description

The GDome XL Rear Backdoor is a rear cover for your GDome XL housing, available in two configurations to suit different shooting environments.

Choose your option:

• Flex Backdoor – A CNC cutout hole allows you to get to the flexible membrane, which allows full rear camera access and adjustments while the housing remains sealed. 
• Solid Backdoor – An uncut, rigid, moulded polycarbonate design built for maximum protection and durability in heavy surf, impact-prone, or high-pressure environments.

Both options are designed for the GDome XL housing system and maintain a reliable waterproof seal when properly installed with the flex membrane (Solid & Flex backdoor) or the cutout rear membrane seal (Solid backdoor).

The Flex version prioritises usability and workflow efficiency, while the Solid version prioritises strength and protection, giving you the flexibility to choose based on your shooting conditions.
