Vintage Premier Heavy Duty Guillotine Paper-Photo Cutter 11″x 11″
This is a vintage paper cutter.  This is a smaller size than most that I have seen.  The cutter is usable.  The base is flat and shows and the ruler can still be clearly read.  The spring in the handle works but the hardware is not original to the cutter. The blade does need to be sharpened.   Please examine the photos carefully and closely.  The photos clearly show the cosmetic condition of the item.
